Lisa joined Judd Farris at the inception of the Manchester office to spearhead the GP division, she was retained and worked on behalf of a number of private practices, developers and retailers recruiting at all levels. Promoted to Associate Director in March 2003 her remit grew and included running the Manchester office and further developing business in all sectors throughout the North West, Yorkshire and Scotland. Lisa was promoted to Director in 2005 and in 2008 was appointed Joint Managing Director along with Dan Moloney and now oversees the strategic growth of Judd Farris throughout the UK and Europe.

After graduating from the University of Nottingham Trent, Katie perused a career within recruitment for a specialist consultancy in Manchester. Gaining over 3 years experience dealing with senior level appointments for blue-chip clients, Katie joined Judd Farris in 2004 to head up the Facilities Management division for the Northern Regions. Katie works with a variety of clients across the property spectrum including Mowlem, DTZ, Jones Lang LaSalle, MacLellan, Siemens and many more. Katie was promoted to Associate Director in February 2007 where her remit was extended to oversee the development of the Facilities team UK wide.
After graduation, Vicky spent 18 months developing new business for a London based Design & Build Company. Vicky spent 2 years working for the largest Graduate recruiter in the UK before deciding to return to the Property Industry. Vicky heads up the Planning & Regeneration Team for the Northern Region, and has developed excellent links with the Royal Town Planning Institute since joining Judd Farris in 2003. Vicky has a very diverse client base which includes companies such as, DTZ, Colliers CRE, Turley Associates, Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners, David McLean Homes, HJ Banks and Harrow Estates. Vicky was promoted to Associate Director in May 2007.
Laura graduated in Politics and Linguistics in 2003 after which she started her career in recruitment. She had over 3 years successful experience within the Medical and Pharmaceutical sectors before joining Judd Farris in 2005. Laura heads up the Technical team and has strong links with the RICS, being involved in CPD events and the MATRICS. She specialises in the recruitment of Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, with a diverse client base including DTZ, Gleeds, KPMG, Atkins, Davis Langdon and GVA Grimley.

After graduating in 2002 from Sheffield Hallam University, Simon joined a niche search and selection firm where he specialised in the placement of Real Estate Lawyers. It was here that he developed his interest in the property market and since joining Judd Farris he has been responsible for numerous high profile moves in this sector. His Clients include a mixture of International and local private practices, privately owned investment & development companies, retailers, banks and funds.

After graduating for the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in 2002 Katja started her career in the recruitment industry, where she spent 4 years working for 2 large national recruitment agencies. Katja worked for both temporary and permanent members of staff within the commercial sector throughout the North-West. Katja joined Judd Farris in March 2006 to develop the Support Services division throughout the North-West, Scotland and Ireland. Focusing on placing secretaries, PA’s, office mangers, administrators and receptionists with clients in all sectors of the property industry.
Claire graduated from Nottingham University in 2006 with a BSc in Psychology. Following a keen interest in Recruitment, she joined Judd Farris recruiting for Facilities Management professionals in the Midlands and Northern regions. Working with a broad range of clients including GVA, Savills, Haden and Davis Langdon; Claire recruits from graduate to director level.
When retuning to the UK in 2002, from three years of traveling around Australia, Asia and Europe, Simon pursued a career in recruitment. He started this profession by working in Leicester for a well-established, national firm in the industrial market. Simon then made a move to Manchester in January 2005 to work for a major blue-chip public sector recruitment firm specialising in interim building surveying. Wanting to go and work for a more specialised firm, Simon made the move to Judd Farris in late 2005 where he hopes to establish the interim desk.
Martin relocated from Kent in 2001 and started his career in HR, after gaining 3 years experience he moved in to recruitment. After a successful 3 years as a temps consultant for an established national agency, Martin wished to use his skills gained in a new industry. Martin joined Judd Farris in 2007 to further develop the Interim Technical desk, he is responsible for short, long and fixed term contracts on behalf of a number of clients including housing associations, local authorities and the private sector.
After graduating in Business Studies in 2005, Michael worked as a researcher for a specialist property recruiter. After a period of working in the technical division he was promoted to a junior consultant and acted on behalf of a number of consultancies and developers in the North of the UK. It was here where he developed an interest in the property market and joined Judd Farris in 2007. Michael continues to specialise in the recruitment of building surveyors, quantity surveyors and project managers across the North West, North East and Yorkshire.
Upon leaving Salford University, Allan relocated to Bulgaria where he spent 3 years successfully selling real estate. After returning to England in late 2007 he decided to change career paths and made the move over to recruitment. Continuing his interest in property, he joined Judd Farris early in 2008 to work on the General Practice team.
