Lisa joined Judd Farris at the inception of the Manchester office to spearhead the GP division, she was retained and worked on behalf of a number of private practices, developers and retailers recruiting at all levels. Promoted to Associate Director in March 2003 she further developed business in all sectors throughout the North West, Yorkshire and Scotland. Lisa was promoted to Director in 2005 and in 2008 became Managing Director and now oversees the strategic growth of Judd Farris throughout the UK and Europe.

After graduating from the University of Nottingham Trent, Katie perused a career within recruitment for a specialist consultancy in Manchester. Gaining over 3 years experience dealing with senior level appointments for blue-chip clients, Katie joined Judd Farris in 2004 to recruit FM professionals from the Midlands to the Borders of Scotland. Katie works with a variety of clients across the property spectrum including Interserve, DTZ, Jones Lang LaSalle, Vita Lend Lease, Serco, SGP and many more. Katie was promoted to Associate Director in February 2007 where her remit was extended to oversee the development of the Facilities team UK wide.

Vicky heads up the Planning & Regeneration Team for the North and South West of England. She has developed excellent links with the Royal Town Planning Institute since joining Judd Farris in 2003 and has a very diverse client base which includes companies such as, GVA Grimley, Turley Associates, EKOS Consulting and Ecotec Research Consulting. Vicky recruits temporary and permanent staff from Graduate up to Director level.
After graduating from Liverpool University, Amanda moved to Manchester to pursue a career in recruitment. With over 15 year’s commercial experience, Amanda has successfully worked within Property and FM recruitment for over 10 years. As a senior level/executive search consultant for an international business, Amanda has recruited key client-side corporate real estate appointments for major blue-chip organizations including FM service providers. Amanda joined Judd Farris’s Facilities Management team in 2009 to focus specifically on roles from the Midlands to North of England, working with a variety of clients and across the whole spectrum of FM; from Business Development/Bid and Commercial to all aspects of Operational FM and Contract Management.
After graduating from the University of Reading with a degree in Law, David spent some time working in Property negotiation before pursuing a career in Recruitment. Having gained four years experience working for a leading specialist IT Consultancy and having successfully partnered numerous FTSE 100 organisations, David has chosen to combine both his interest and experience of the Property and Recruitment market by joining the team at Judd Farris. Working as part of the General Practice team, his clients include a mixture of international consultancies and renowned public and private sector organisations.
After gaining considerable experience working previously for a leading IT Sales Consultancy, Chris transferred his skills to the Property industry and joined Judd Farris to work as part of the General Practice team. Chris specialises in recruiting across the North West for clients including international consultancies and renowned public and private sector organisations across all levels and various disciplines.
Since graduating from Loughborough University in 2005 in Politics and Economics, Huw joined a specialist interim recruitment consultancy where he focused on senior interim placements into the NHS, Housing Associations, Local and Central Government and Education. Having spent almost four years recruiting for finance, procurement and estates candidates and clients, he joined Judd Farris to head up the Interim market for the North of England specifically recruiting for General Practice, Technical and Facilities Management markets.
