Having Graduated from Kingston University in 1995 with a Degree in Estate Management, Dan spent 4 years as a General Practice Surveyor with Cushman and Wakefield and Chesterton before joining Judd Farris in October 1999. Initially recruiting on the General Practice side in the UK and Asia, Dan took over the running of the Technical Division in 2003 and was made a Board Director in 2006. In May 2008 he was made Joint Managing Director alongside Lisa Learoyd and now oversees the strategic growth of Judd Farris throughout the UK and Europe.

Lucy Graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 1996 and worked for Chestertons for one year before moving into Property Search and Selection. Lucy joined Judd Farris at the time of it’s inception in 1998 and initially focused on general practice team recruiting surveyors for 5 years. In 2004 she set up the Real Estate Finance desk for UK and Europe and was promoted to Board Director in Jan 2006. Lucy now runs the UK business working closely with Dan Moloney and Lisa Learoyd. Her clients include Henderson, Macquarie Global Property Advisers, UBS, Europa Capital, Macquarie Global Property Advisers, Hines, Dawnnay Day, Doughty Hanson, F&C REIT, RBS and smaller Private Equity Companies. Her specialist areas include, Fund Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, Investment Acquisitions and Property Analysts.

Lucy Ainsworth graduated from the University of Reading with BSc Land Management and joined Cushman & Wakefield on their graduate scheme and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor after moving to Matthews & Goodman where she was a development surveyor in the retail and leisure market for 3 years. She joined the General Practice team of Judd Farris in Summer 2004 which she now runs. Lucy recruits permanent roles into all GP markets including private practices, fund managers, developers and property companies. She was made a Director in 2008.
Samantha currently leads the Technical team covering Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Architecture. After studying for a Bachelor of Business at Queensland University of Technology, Samantha launched her recruitment career in Australia, operating within the construction, property, engineering and mining industries. In 2003, Samantha joined Judd Farris in London. She still actively works within the Technical market throughout London, Europe and UAE. Her clients include top consultancies, developers, financial institutions and other major corporates.
Melanie started her career in recruitment spending 6 years working for 2 large national agencies recruiting both temporary and permanent staff within the Commercial sector in Bristol and Manchester. Having relocated to London in 2004 she worked for a leading boutique secretarial agency before joining Judd Farris in July 2005 to set up the Support Services team. She has established the Support Services team in London placing PAs, Secretaries, Administrators, Receptionists, Marketing and HR professionals with clients in all sectors of the property industry. Following on from the success in London, Melanie has rolled out Support Services to Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham.

From there she joined a publishing house where she sold advertising for a Pan-European business airline dealing with clients from the Benelux region. Abby decided to go into recruitment and joined Michael Page International where she stayed for many years developing and managing a highly successful Temporary & Contract division. After 2 years with Macdonald & Company, she joined Judd Farris focusing on permanent roles in development, investment, management and professional services for consultancies, property companies, developers, funds and institutions. Leo relocated to London and joined Judd Farris in early 2007 after spending 2 successful years with a niche recruitment firm based in the Midlands. Predominately concentrating on the recruitment of architectural professionals in London and the South East, Leo also recruits in the areas of landscape, urban and interior design. Clients include consultancies, private practices, client side organisations and property developers.
Melody joined Judd Farris in 2008 from a residential real estate background and specializes in the recruitment of Quantity Surveyors within the Technical team. She works with a broad range of clients from niche consultancies to the top ten, from developers to financial institutions and owner / occupiers throughout London, the South East England, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. Melody recruits at all levels from recently qualified to Directors / Partners.
Matt Cary graduated from the University of Bournemouth with BA Business Studies and joined a Senior Search firm focusing on headhunt assignments within the Construction industry. 2 years on Matthew joined Judd Farris to concentrate on permanent positions predominantly within the Quantity Surveying and Dispute Resolution markets throughout London, Europe, UAE and America. He works for PQS firms, Developers and Clients.
Jenny graduated from the University of Leeds in 2005 with a BA in graphic design. After working in the property industry she joined Judd Farris in May 2007. Jenny specialises in the recruitment of FM professionals at all levels in across the Southern region and works on behalf of a broad range of clients; which include service providers, private practises and consultancies.
Lucy graduated from the University of Kent in 2002 with a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management. She then moved to London and spent a short time working for a leading Talent Management Company looking after celebrity clients. Lucy decided to change direction and went to work in HR for a leading Law Firm in the City, before moving into recruitment. Lucy spent 3 years within secretarial recruitment, working for a boutique agency in the West End before joining the Support Services team at Judd Farris in August 2008. Lucy concentrates on permanent support positions predominantly within Architectural and Construction firms, placing roles varying from PA, HR, Marketing, Reception and Administration.
