Lisa joined Judd Farris at the inception of the Manchester office to spearhead the GP division, she was retained and worked on behalf of a number of private practices, developers and retailers recruiting at all levels. Promoted to Associate Director in March 2003 she further developed business in all sectors throughout the North West, Yorkshire and Scotland. Lisa was promoted to Director in 2005 and in 2008 became Managing Director and now oversees the strategic growth of Judd Farris throughout the UK and Europe.
Having Graduated from Kingston University in 1995 with a Degree in Estate Management, Dan spent 4 years as a General Practice Surveyor with Cushman and Wakefield and Chesterton before joining Judd Farris in October 1999. Initially recruiting on the General Practice side in the UK and Asia, Dan was made a Board Director in 2006 and runs the London office.
Charlotte previously worked for Knight Frank and Edward Symmons and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. She joined Judd Farris in May 2000 and has been integral in working within GP and building up the Retail property desk. Charlotte covers permanent vacancies for all GP markets throughout London and the South East including private practices, property companies, institutions and retailers. Her clients include PRUPIM, Mapeley, Starbucks, Sainsburys, Primark, Tescos, Capital and Regional, Capital Shopping Centres, Westfield and Arcadia amongst others. In 2006 she was promoted to head up the Retail business throughout the UK for Judd Farris. She is now also responsible for looking after the Residential Management desk and her clients include Freshwater, Peverel OM, Grainger, Knight Frank and Andertons.
Ros recruits interim Surveyors in London and the South East. She has been in recruitment since 2003 and her clients include the Public Sector, Consultancies, Charities and Transport Companies. Ros joined Judd Farris in March 2005 and has had great success in placing candidates at all levels in interim and fixed term contracts.
Abby went to the University of Reading graduating with an LLB in Law. She started her career in sales with a legal software company, selling technology to top firms of Solicitors and Barristers. From there she joined a publishing house where she sold advertising for a Pan-European business airline dealing with clients from the Benelux region. Abby decided to go into recruitment and joined Michael Page International where she stayed for many years developing and managing a highly successful Temporary & Contract division. After 2 years with Macdonald & Company, she joined Judd Farris in 2006 and currently heads up the London General Practice team. Abby focuses on permanent roles in development, investment, management, professional and real estate finance, dealing with a range of clients - consultancies, property companies, developers, banks, funds/institutions and private equity.
Since joining Judd Farris Simon has been responsible for numerous high profile moves within the sector. Having been an integral part of the Judd Farris Manchester office since 2004, Simon transferred his expertise, joining the General Practice team in London. His Clients include a mixture of international and local private practices, privately owned investment & development companies, banks and funds.
Adam focuses on permanent roles in Development, Investment, Management, Professional and Real Estate Finance, dealing with a range of clients including: Consultancies, Property companies, Developers, Banks, Funds/ Institutions and Private Equity. Prior to joining Judd Farris, Adam graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA Economics and International Development (Hons) and went on to work for a Property portal which sold advertising space to agents. Progressing his career, he transferred his skills and experience by joining the General Practice team within the London offices of Judd Farris in 2009.
Jenny graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA in graphic design. She previously worked in the Property Industry prior to joining Judd Farris in 2007. Jenny specialised in the recruitment of FM professionals within the property arena, gaining extensive experience before transferring her skills and expertise to the General Practice desk where she now focuses on permanent roles in development, investment, management, professional and real estate finance. She deals with a range of clients including consultancies, property companies, developers, banks, funds/institutions and private equity.
Charlotte Holmes graduated from Newcastle University with a BA Hons. Before joining Judd Farris she was Marketing Manager for Corney & Barrow Winebars overseeing the client relations and marketing across 13 Winebars in the City of London. She joined Judd Farris in July 2006 to focus on the interim market and her core clients include DTZ, Atis Real, BAA and Legal & General as well as the retail sector.

Upon graduating from Manchester University in 2001, Alex joined a leading construction recruitment firm where she successfully placed Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers throughout the North of England. She moved to London in early 2004 to focus entirely upon Project Management recruitment, and built up a strong network of contacts before joining the team at Judd Farris in early 2006. Her clients include the public sector, educational establishments, contractors, consultancies, developers and financial institutions throughout London and EMEA. Alex also offers outplacement support services, and currently sits on the RICS London Matrics committee.
