After graduating from Birmingham University, Lisa began her career with a global organisation organising corporate travel for blue chip clients. After three years, Lisa pursued a career within the recruitment industry and spent 4 years working for independent IT recruiters before moving into the property industry in 2004. Lisa joined Judd Farris at the inception of the Edinburgh office. Her remit is the recruitment of General Practice Surveyors throughout Scotland. Clients include private practices, developers and financial institutions.

Paul graduated from St Andrews University in 2004 and embarked on a career in sales. He joined a niche recruitment consultancy working technical and production roles. In 2008 he joined Judd Farris to continue to build the Facilities Management market within Scotland. He is responsible for the recruitment of Facilities Management professionals across Scotland and works with property and construction consultancies, service providers and institutions.

Richard graduated from Edinburgh University in 2004 with an MA in History and began his sales career with a leading global bank. Utilising his sales ability he joined a niche technical recruiter in Edinburgh, focusing on civil engineers. In 2008 Richard joined the Technical Team of Judd Farris. Richard’s remit is placing Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor and Project Manager disciplines in all sectors. His client list includes Consultancies, Private Practices, Institutions and public sector organisations throughout Scotland.
