After graduating from Birmingham University, Lisa began her career with a management consultancy. After three years, Lisa pursued a career within the recruitment industry and spent 4 years working for independent IT recruiters before moving into the property industry in 2004. Lisa opened the Judd Farris Edinburgh office to grow General Practice throughout Scotland. Clients include private practices, developers and financial institutions. Lisa is also heading the Environmental team in Scotland to provide a full service across the built environment. Clients include Engineering and niche environmental consultancies.

Paul graduated from St Andrews University in 2004 and embarked on a career in sales. He joined a niche recruitment consultancy working technical and production roles. In 2008 he joined Judd Farris to continue to build the Facilities Management market within Scotland. He is responsible for the recruitment of Facilities Management professionals across Scotland and works with property and construction consultancies, service providers and institutions.

Gillies gained an Economics degree from the University of Glasgow in 2004 and began his sales career with Diageo. This led to a role as a General Manager for a leisure company where he developed his business acumen. To continue his career development he joined a boutique recruitment consultancy in London. Returning to his native Scotland in 2008, Gillies joined Judd Farris to continue the growth of the Scottish operation by spearheading the Engineering division. His clients include consultancies, niche engineering practices and the public sector throughout the Scottish region.

LeighAnne began her recruitment career in 2003 by joining a leading UK recruitment firm where she account managed several blue-chip organisations. Strengthening her career, she joined the construction and property team of a Scottish recruiter, where she quickly established a solid business network with housebuilders, private practices and consultancies within Scotland. Continuing her success, LeighAnne joined Judd Farris to recruit Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers for the Technical team in Scotland. She acts for a diverse range of clients, including the Public Sector, Private Practices, Consultancies, Developers and Client Side organisations.
