William has worked in professional interim and contract recruitment since 1997 recruiting for many leading companies and has successfully placing contractors throughout the UK and Europe. He joined Judd Farris in 2004 and is working within the expanding interim division covering Technical and General Practice disciplines. William services a varied client base including the public sector, private practice / consultancy and client side organisations throughout the region. William heads the Birmingham offices and from this central location covers the Midlands, East Anglia, the South West and Wales.

Vicky heads up the Planning & Regeneration Team for the North and South West of England. She has developed excellent links with the Royal Town Planning Institute since joining Judd Farris in 2003 and has a very diverse client base which includes companies such as, GVA Grimley, Turley Associates, EKOS Consulting and Ecotec Research Consulting. Vicky recruits temporary and permanent staff from Graduate up to Director level.

Having Graduated from Birmingham with a BSC (Hons) in Psychology.  Marie went on to recruit for one of the UK’s largest IT recruitment companies, where she Account Managed several blue-chip organisations. Having a very successful career in recruitment Marie joined Judd Farris in 2005, and was promoted to head up the Technical team in 2007. Her team specialises in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying recruiting at all levels, across the Midlands, East Anglia, South West and South Wales. Marie has forged a successful relationship with the RICS and continues to support high profile events and CPDs throughout the region. In 2008 Marie was part of the National team that Founded Energy and Sustainability recruitment and now leads the team in the Midlands.

Since joining Judd Farris in early 2005 Simon has specialised in the recruitment of General Practice Professionals. Covering Oxfordshire, the Midlands, East Anglia, the South West and Wales he works for both Client-side and Consultancy in the sourcing of key staff from Graduate’s to Chief Executives. His in depth knowledge of the industry has resulted in many successful recruitment campaigns for Clients of all sizes and specialisms with the same high level of service. Simon started his career in Property Agency in 1996 moving into Recruitment in 2000. Remaining the industries natural choice for Property Recruitment is what we are looking to achieve. After graduating in Business Studies in 2005, Michael worked as a researcher for a specialist property recruiter acting on behalf of a number of consultancies and developers in the North of the UK. It was here where he developed an interest in the property market and joined Judd Farris in 2007. Michael specialises in the technical and nuclear sector recruiting operations and new build professionals on a interim and fixed term basis.

After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science & Management Lee joined one of the largest property and construction companies before joining a niche engineering recruiter that he eventually co-ran. He has successfully placed engineers for small contractors to large multi-disciplinary consultancies across the UK / Europe and Australasia from graduate to director level. Lee now heads the Engineering Team in Birmingham specializing in recruiting Engineering professionals on a permanent and interim basis across all sectors of the industry. His geographical remit includes the Midlands, East Anglia, South West and Wales.

Charlotte began her recruitment career in 2005. After a year in the industry she decided to enhance her skills through further study. She continued to work in recruitment gaining practical experience whilst studying for her degree which she completed gaining a 2.1 in Business and Human Resource Management. Charlotte joined Judd Farris in 2009 working on the interim technical desk, particularly focusing on building and maintenance surveyors, M&E Engineers and CAD draughtsman. Charlotte supports a variety of Private Practices, Social Landlords, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and Client Side organisations.
