William services a varied client base including the public sector, private practice / consultancy and client side organisations throughout the region. William heads the Birmingham offices and from this central location covers the Midlands, East Anglia, the South West and Wales.

Having Graduated from Birmingham with a BSC (Hons) in Psychology. Marie went on to recruit for one of the UK’s largest IT recruitment companies, where she Account Managed several blue-chip organisations. Having a very successful career in recruitment Marie joined Judd Farris in 2005, and was promoted to head up the Technical team in 2007. Her team specialises in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying recruiting at all levels, across the Midlands, East Anglia, South West and South Wales. Marie has forged a successful relationship with the RICS and continues to support high profile events and CPDs throughout the region. In 2008 Marie was part of the National team that Founded Energy and Sustainability recruitment and now leads the team in the Midlands.

Rumena successfully started a niche client base in the West and East Midlands covering all aspect of Architectural Recruitment that also included Interior Design and Landscape Architecture. Rumena’s continued success in this industry has led to placements at all levels throughout the UK and Middle East .Rumena joined Judd Farris in 2010 to work on the Technical team covering Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Project Management supporting a broad client base throughout the Midlands & South West.

Since joining Judd Farris in early 2005 Simon has specialised in the recruitment of General Practice Professionals. Covering Oxfordshire, the Midlands, East Anglia, the South West and Wales he works for both Client-side and Consultancy in the sourcing of key staff from Graduate’s to Chief Executives. His in depth knowledge of the industry has resulted in many successful recruitment campaigns for Clients of all sizes and specialisms with the same high level of service. Simon started his career in Property Agency in 1996 moving into Recruitment in 2000. Remaining the industries natural choice for Property Recruitment is what we are looking to achieve. Charlotte began her recruitment career in 2005. After a year in the industry she decided to enhance her skills through further study. She continued to work in recruitment gaining practical experience whilst studying for her degree which she completed gaining a 2.1 in Business and Human Resource Management. Charlotte joined Judd Farris in 2009 working on the interim technical desk, particularly focusing on building and maintenance surveyors, M&E Engineers and CAD draughtsman. Charlotte supports a variety of Private Practices, Social Landlords, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and Client Side organisations.
