Established in 1998, Judd Farris has grown to become one of the world’s largest specialist property related recruitment consultancies.

The company was started by Dominic Judd and Mark Farris, two Property professionals who identified an opportunity for a global specialist recruitment firm concentrating on the international property and construction markets.

The company has been built on the foundations of professionalism, market knowledge, strong systems and the desire to be the best.

The UK office network was strategically developed to provide National coverage through London, the South West, Midlands, North West and Scotland.

The Judd Farris Australian operation was launched in February 2004 where it now has offices in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane. By adopting a flexible and responsive service, the Sydney office quickly grew to encompass the core recruiting disciplines of Property, Facilities Management, Construction and Architecture.

Due to client demand, as well as company ambition, Judd Farris opened it’s first Asian office in 2005, which was followed quickly by the Singapore & Shanghai office.

Lisa Learoyd was made Managing Director in 2008 and she now oversees the strategic growth of Judd Farris throughout the UK and Europe.
